There is very limited parking at the Autism Resource Centre, if you do not have mobility needs please leave these parks free for those who do. You can find parking a short walk away on Jackson Street or The Esplanade.

ADOS-2 Advanced Workshop

Prerequisite: You must have completed ADOS-2 Introductory Workshop

This interactive workshop involves ‘hands-on’ practice of the ADOS-2 with a volunteer child, and discussion on specific administration and coding issues. The workshop is suitable for experienced professionals who wish to use the ADOS-2 in clinical or research settings. This workshop is essential as part of achieving reliability for using the ADOS-2 in research.

Spaces are limited to 10 attendees per workshop

Your ADOS trainer

Deborah Sweeney, registered psychologist, has been using the ADI-R and ADOS in complex, multi-disciplinary assessments for over 16 years and regularly trains health professionals throughout Australasia.

Ministry of Health Registration Fee Sponsorship

The Ministry of Health Disability Directorate has set aside some funding to support access to these workshops for professionals working in the public sector who are actively involved in autism diagnoses.
